Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar: During his two-day tour of Latur and Beed districts, deputy chief minister Ajit Pawar stated on the second day that he refrained from making negative statements against the opposition or countering their claims. He emphasized that his party has numerous welfare schemes and development projects to showcase. In response to Union Minister Nitin Gadkari's remarks on the Majhi Ladki Bahin scheme, Pawar expressed his lack of awareness regarding Gadkari's statement. He mentioned that the state budget has allocated sufficient funds for the scheme and all development activities. Pawar assured that he would discuss the matter with Gadkari upon returning to Mumbai to understand the basis of his statement.

At a large gathering in Majalgaon, Beed district, Pawar outlined the government's efforts towards holistic development inclusive of all communities. He appealed for support for the Mahayuti alliance in the upcoming assembly elections and reiterated his party's unwavering commitment to secular values, inspired by historical figures like Shivaji Maharaj, Mahatma Phule, Shahu Maharaj, and Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar. Pawar emphasized the NCP-led government's dedication to the welfare of all society segments regardless of caste, religion, region, or language.

Pawar also highlighted the "Jan Sanman Yatra," a state-level initiative aimed at raising awareness about government schemes. He mentioned the Majhi Ladki Bhagin Yojana, providing financial assistance to hardworking women statewide through direct bank deposits, as well as other initiatives such as free education for girls, electricity bill waivers for farmers, and a crop insurance scheme for a nominal fee of Re 1. Additionally, the government has offered a milk subsidy of Rs 7 per liter and increased the honorarium for various positions including sarpanchs, deputy sarpanchs, police patils, kotwals, ASHA workers, and group promoters. Pawar reassured the public about the government's continued efforts towards inclusive development and support for all sections of society. He mentioned that these initiatives would persist for the next five years if the Mahayuti receives support in the upcoming elections. He urged for blessings and strong support for Mahayuti in the election.
